The University of Agriculture, Faisalabad, Pakistan, North American Alumni Association was formed in 1994 after several meetings of about 20 alumni. In its meeting of July 10, 1994, an Executive Committee was constituted to oversee the fulfillment of the objectives of the Association. The committee consisted of Sarfraz Hussain (President), Saeed Choudhary (Secretary), Tara Masih (Treasurer), M. Ashraf (member) and Baqar Hussain Shah (member). Two more members, Anwar Maun and Majid Goraya, were added in a subsequent meeting on August 20, 1994.Since the duties of office bearers were over and above their other commitments, it had been a lot of work for some members of the committee. The Executive Committee therefore, established a sub-committee on June 21, 1998 to draft bye-laws of the University of Agriculture, Faisalabad, Pakistan, North American Alumni Association. The committee members were M. D. Khalid, Saeed Choudhary and Anwar Maun (Chairman). The bye-laws were discussed in Executive Committee meetings and approved by the general body on July 26, 1998.
